- The Estimated Processing Time (EPT) is subject to the availability of internet banking services. Such transaction might be prolonged due to the regular systerm maintenance for internet banking which is beyond our control.
- It might take longer processing time to complete large deposit or withdrawal transaction that is above RM49,999.
- For withdrawal request from Progressive Jackpots, longer processing time would be required to transfer the funds.
